How It Works

1. Register your Account

Please use Account Dropdown Menu, click on REGISTER  to register your account. Please follow the easy steps to complete the registration process. We added an Auto-Complete function to effortlessly add your Delivery Address. Please start by typing your street number, after which the system will locate your address. Please select the correct address. If for some reason your address is not listed, please complete your details manually. To insert an Estate and Unit number, please make use of the extra Description field supplied. After registering you should receive a Welcoming and Confirmation email. Please follow the instructions to confirm the account.


2. Login to your account

You should LOGIN to your account to obtain quotes or to purchase online. Please use the email address and password created to login.


3. Your Account

You will be able to edit your details and have the option to view previous orders and/or current quotes.


4. Browse and add items to Shopping Cart

Please make use of the VIEW ALL PRODUCTS menu to view and add items, which is grouped by Category and a Sub-Category. Items on promotion, which is also marked with promotion stickers, could be viewed on the PROMOTIONS menu. Promotions are valid while stocks last and could change at any moment. Please also view our BRANDS page to browse our Featured Brands products. Items are grouped by specific Range with Brochures available which can be viewed in PDF and/or printed. When adding an item to the shopping cart, some items may have some suggested items (for Installation purposes) which can also be added to your cart. Please contact us if you are not entirely sure which items you might need to install a particular product.


5. Request a Quote or Purchase Online

Items in shopping cart can be viewed by selecting YOUR SELECTIONS - VIEW SELECTION. On this page, you can either request a quote or purchase items in your Shopping Cart. After making your selection and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you should choose between Delivery or Collection from Store (Refer to Point 6 below). 

Get a Quote = All items selected will be available to obtain a Quote. You will be able to view your quote on screen, with an option to Print. You will also receive an email. One of our Sales Consultants will be in contact to assist you further.

Purchase Now = Only items on Promotion and items indicated with a BUY NOW sticker will be available to purchase. If you want the buy an item that is not available to buy, please contact one of our sales consultants, which can assist with stock availability, lead times and payment.


6. Lead Times

Lead times indicated on certain items is an estimate only and only valid if our supplier has stock. Please contact us to confirm stock availability from suppliers before completing a transaction. Estimated Lead times days are indicated as business days.


7. Payments

You will have the following payment options available to purchase online:

PayFast - You will be directed to the PayFast (Trusted and Secure Payment Portal) page, which will show your order number, amount, and payment options available. Please select your method (Credit Cards (Mastercard and Visa) and Instant EFT) and complete the transaction.

SnapScan - You will be able to view the barcode on the screen and complete payment by using your SnapScan Application.

Bank Transfer - You will also be able to obtain a quote from our Sales Consultants and make an EFT payment to our bank account.


8. Delivery and Collections

You have the option to get your order DELIVERED to your doorstep or to collect from our Store.

Deliveries = We deliver nationwide at a Nominal Fee. Delivery is calculated using the following method:


R1 - R8,000 (VAT included) = R195.00 (VAT included)

R8,001 ( VAT included)    = 2.5% of Order Total (VAT included)



Collections = You will be notified when your order is ready for collection from our store at the following address:

9. Claims

To validate a claim and for insurance purposes, all shortages and/or damages must be reported within 48 hours from receiving the parcel.
